This film is based on a short story by Franz Kafka and deals with life and death, about the beauty of nature and the smallness of humans therein. To be liberated from this all-encompassing nature, the protagonist overfed by life with clean businesses, the death. Seated on a stretcher, a Buddha-like figure leaves himself be carried into the river by his carriers, in which they drown.
